Welcome to flair! We are a growing HR-Tech Start-Up with the company policy "remote first." At flair, we flawlessly automate HR processes directly on Salesforce. flair has an innovative Office HUB in Munich, Germany - but our employees are located everywhere in the world.

We are looking for a passionate User Education Manager, Remote (m/w/x), to join our marketing team. In this role, you will help us to build and sculpt the evolving flair voice.

The role requires building effective systems to scale the development and distribution of all kinds of educational material. We're looking for a leader who's passionate about helping people learn, and who can drive these initiatives and help our users get even more out of flair.


  • Build best-in-class content. You'll be responsible for all content dedicated to teaching the flair product to new users and deepening the proficiency and engagement of existing users. This includes written and video guides, help documentation, webinars and live streams, product trainings and onboarding, and more. Manage freelancers and eventually a team to scale production.
  • Operate user research & insights. You'll constantly be in touch with users to understand what their goal is with flair and the content that'll help them make it possible. In this process, you'll identify where obstacles emerge in their product knowledge and facilitate learning journeys among individual users, teams, and entire companies.
  • Partner with Sales. You'll work closely with Sales in order to produce content that can help close and expand existing business. Design ways to help more of our customers reap more value from flair.
  • Scale our resources. Keep content structured for all users based on who they are and what they want to do with flair. Collaborate with marketing and design to build a large library of resources that's always supporting new audiences.


  • Proven experience of professional writing or content strategy. Everything we produce should be polished but have a strong voice and narrative. Our brand is distinct, and we want to make sure our educational efforts feel like flair.
  • Expertise in customer support. You have completed user research projects to answer specific questions and make decisions. You've compiled and shared these types of insights across teams for internal and educational benefits.
  • Ideally already knowledge in the HR and SaaS Industry.
  • Cross-functional project management, as you'll be working with both product and content teams.
  • The ability to distill complex information into understandable, actionable, persuasive copy that helps decision makers grasp how they'll get the most out of flair for their teams.
