flair is looking for a motivated Product Expert to join our Sales and Customer Success team.

As a Product Expert, you will act as an advisor to prospective customers. In your role, you help Customers to understand how they can bring together digital investments and enable faster change and innovation. The Sales team will rely on your technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will be an integral part of the success for both our customers and sales team by performing technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations for the solution, delivering product demonstrations, validation events like test installs, workshops, and many more. As a curious customer advocate, you will connect the dots between the technical solution to business value for the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Work together with our Sales and Customer Success team
  • Researching and creating new technical solutions for potential clients
  • Prepare Salesforce Demo environments
  • Demonstrate our app, and become a product expert
  • Help with the initial implementation

Requirements

  • Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Salesforce knowledge (e.g., Salesforce Admin Certificate)
  • Presentation abilities and composure in front of technical and business audiences
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally
  • Fluent German and English
