Responsibilities

Sales makes the world go round! 

Sales Development is the Base of our sales organization where new business opportunities come to life.

BDRs have exploratory conversations with potential customers to find out if they are a fit for our company and if our software solution solves customer requirements. They need to know their product and services inside and out so they can communicate their purpose and value to prospects.

If the potential customer is a good fit for them, the BDR sets up a call or meeting between a sales expert and the prospect. 

Generally, it is important to work out new campaigns or prepare events in coordination with marketing to keep generating new business or business with existing customers. 

  • Seeking new Leads.
  • Joint coordination with the customer to qualify projects. 
  • Cooperation with sales and marketing.
  • Reports to the Head of Sales.

Requirements

Required Experience/Skills

  • Experience in SaaS or Tech-Sales.  
  • Experience with Mid-Market clients or bigger.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM software. 
  • German and English spoken and written 
  • (+French would also be interesting)
  • Affinity for complex technology and software solutions. 
  • Soft skills like adaptability, communication, and attention to detail. 

Education 

  • Degree in Business or IT. 
  • Experience in Tech Sales preferably in the field of Personnel Management or HR.
